1、 帮助从事教育戏剧或者将要从事教育戏剧者提高对于 教育戏剧的全面理解
2、 拓展教育戏剧的理论与实践结合
3、 为教育戏剧/教育剧场的设计与实施给予指导。
Goal:
1: to help understanding comprehensively for whom would like to join teaching in DIE

* I+ p$ V- f9 r6 M3 _工作坊以教育戏剧（Drama in Education）与戏剧的要素为主要内容。比如角色/身份（并非戏剧角色）----动机与反动机----放慢时间----抗压----在以事件为中心的桥段中----通过动作，物体，形象，身体语言与文字解释不通层次的意义。
% B! {. m/ N3 y) o这些元素需要戏剧老师（任何希望用戏剧作为工具与年轻人或成年人工作的人）精心的安排计划，并且体现连贯性。工作坊会简单探寻这些戏剧元素，并且会构建一个理论与实践的语境，在语境下体会戏剧在教育中的应用。
' K$ N# l  D2 A! LIntroduction to Drama in Education: The key components of drama
" N( o$ j8 h# A4 fThe workshop is an introductory session to drama in education and especially to the key components of drama. Among others the key components of drama are: Roles (not characters) – pursuing objectives and counter-objectives – slowing down time – under the pressure of constrains – in an episode with an event at the centre –revealing layers of meaning through actions, objects, images, body language and words .
. A- g8 ~& _% u! iThese components need a careful arrangement together with careful planning and coherence by a drama teacher – anyone who wants to use drama with his/her group of young people or adults.
7 q! |& v8 W" m4 i8 ^The workshop will try to explore briefly these components of drama and initiate a theoretical and practical context for using drama in educational contexts.
