Abstr act:There are some problems such as limited activity space,non- professional services and resource8 w+ w( f0 W3 J) o
lack in community- based services for disabled persons in urban areas. It can efficiently respond* q3 M2 E, I3 O4 N. i
to the above problems by importing professional ideal and methods of social work, such as, q: P4 L1 h1 A5 ~7 S! d$ \
case work, group work, community education, resource joint, policy advocation in the whole
