Sichuan Haihui Poverty Alleviation Center (Haihui) is a non-profit and non-government organization registered under Sichuan provincial Department of Civil Affairs and administered by Sichuan Science & Technology Association. Haihui grew out of Heifer International China Office from Nov. 26, 2008 with its mission of poverty alleviation, building up harmony and serving for the poor people. Haihui’s corn values include the pursuit of fairness and justice, building up self-respect and self-reliance, promoting honesty, caring for others.
