: X3 r7 F2 s- X/ |% D$ g3 i5 S- l1 K This position is responsible for the coordination and management of the Life-Vocational Skills Training (LVS) Program. As the lead CMC staff member in the community, it also involves managing the center to ensure efficient and effective support for the various programs and activities held at the center. It is based within the migrant community at the appointed CMC Community Center each weekday.

Program Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation
" x. o( e' P+ l& L Plan, organize, implement and manage the LVS program
2 z: |5 R$ x+ K, Q0 f5 o6 z. X' l$ Z Be responsible for ensuring LVS program meeting its quarterly and annual target goals

Create and manage a class schedule that balances and emphasizes both life skills and vocational training
( D2 u" w2 Q' a; }! h Ensure that each class is meeting targeted goals and continue to seek ways to improve the quality of each class
$ w6 K% U/ X3 n3 z; Q' d1 M% q" S Develop partnerships for organizations and companies to provide instructors and speakers to stimulate and inspire LVS trainees

Research and seek out new pools of migrant youth for LVS recruiting / D! e. x% Z5 ~+ C f4 h# d j2 V
Recruit trainees, including interviewing and evaluating potential trainers/trainees, overseeing trainee enrollment and orientation

Community Center Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth operation of the community center with special focus on the LVS facility 2 ?# W* K. X7 q5 J5 \; p
To ensure that all aspects of the Center Operation Procedures are fully implemented 6 B2 \- q$ d: O' r4 u

Be fully familiar with all property appliances and service contracts
