The Training and Communications Officer will assist the Training and Communications Coordinator to design, implement the implementation of all interpersonal communications (IPC) training and information, education and communication (IEC) development activities conducted within PSI China and with PSI China partners and subawardees for all PSI China’s health areas. [# ZThe New Business Development (NBD)/Subawards Manager will be responsible to direct PSI/China’s activities in developing new business, both domestically and internationally, with various types of donors (private sector, bilateral and multilateral donors), focusing on proposals which address the burden of disease in China. In addition, the NBD/Subawards Manager will be responsible for managing subgrants/subcontracts/subawards granted to PSI/China partners and ensure contractual compliance. In conjunction with the Program Director and the Provincial Program Coordinator/Manager, the NBD/Subawards Manager will actively manage subgrants/subcontracts/subawards to ensure quality programming is maintained, targets are met and is consistent with PSI/China’s evidence-based program approach.
