Training and Communication are key functions to help PSI China to achieve its behavior change communications (BCC) intervention objectives for identified targeted groups. The Training and Communications Officer will assist the Training and Communications Coordinator to design, implement the implementation of all interpersonal communications (IPC) training and information, education and communication (IEC) development activities conducted within PSI China and with PSI China partners and subawardees for all PSI China’s health areas. In addition, the NBD/Subawards Manager will be responsible for managing subgrants/subcontracts/subawards granted to PSI/China partners and ensure contractual compliance.
