　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
6 n% v, I8 j5 z9 y1 V2 i; q　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
9 P  _9 O9 s. J' L1 t　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
8 S5 C( d  B, {' @7 f　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
$ U) g3 T/ W) [" n5 H5 u　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
* C! P' {# F- F# X  w. B　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
* Z4 \2 z) C% P/ \- t6 ^　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
' f5 o/ _$ y5 b# g　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
" y7 I4 U; ?: F+ Q' ^+ N　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
1 v- H: c. N5 N) ?6 R& ^0 ~4 t　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
2 V( l( A1 S$ I* t. g6 \　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
0 q# M, j. Q6 ]0 Z7 i" Z+ [　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
+ T# i6 U7 g* q5 {3 y　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
: J; ^' ~3 k6 E4 N! a, R5 C% b9 G　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
