　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
3 M6 T/ K$ R: u: ~$ k- E) k　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
) p/ m2 g& _+ d& n( o1 f- i　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
' m0 X, F  H% C, Q　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
/ z& E% d, B( d" a( ~& y, C! v　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
- M, @  n% T8 V" o4 X  j　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
3 |" W7 R! |4 R6 A1 f　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
( j( m% V4 P* v0 |6 `- b　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
