　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
1 `7 J$ {0 ]# ]; ^7 p( s　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
& k* W0 T* F, ?3 P6 U0 [, I　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
( w* J/ H, K% ?/ _& E5 d　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
9 s% A* y, y% Z5 d　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
* ?9 A1 L2 O- H9 j  i　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
4 T$ x4 \* s- ^% m　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
3 ]5 B6 e- i% H+ v+ e　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
! W1 d/ a* Y. x' H　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
8 c. ^9 [6 r7 a7 M2 C. [　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
% `: p! R! g+ p3 V　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
