　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
2 ]: |4 i$ v, k. H: |$ O. R9 m　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
. |1 G# ?. \; A$ e# a( a$ [　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
) @' v# L: G8 R$ B8 t  |$ T　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
8 {. R4 G) t1 g0 w　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
& R" ~1 p7 I+ D2 g, ]* f. A　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
% \/ n8 W  |1 r. c　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
0 h' m2 p. S. ^　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
$ X  E) G  R( I" C) ], d　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
! _% g: i  i* N. R. Q" a　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
$ u4 E/ z$ @+ v　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
