　　Responsibilities:

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
9 ?+ H6 c0 [* w- G　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
2 x- a, K, L* X　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
3 M; y1 I% F" z/ f. C* D　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
% I/ I$ N8 k1 P% @0 t　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
+ s+ @6 C4 B* Y. J6 C4 ^* M& f: {　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
7 i* h8 B3 Y0 f0 B# ]" Y8 f, s　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
+ T7 J2 M2 W; q: Z8 T) k　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
3 {) H, j: ^, _5 k4 B+ H  w　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
. z& P; T0 ~# s　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
, c, {$ m# S2 Q3 V  O5 h　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
  ?" X& s6 s7 r　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
