　　Job Title: Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Program Coordinator

　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.
　　该职位在位于西安的国家办公室工作

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;

　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
6 x. t$ g3 r5 D" ]& m+ Z* \( j* M　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
1 A5 h; h6 W# `* u　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;

　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
