　　Responsibilities:
3 S1 |8 ~- {' b2 K& C. Q1 q# P　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
& z% Q0 l0 s8 c　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
* C! U' }7 [+ J$ @; K　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
* Z  X: E- L4 G  I4 w8 C  p4 }　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
7 {6 o: q8 v) O' p　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- g3 J' k# x" d' I　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
% ]2 ~3 t% X7 C5 O- f1 ?　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
