　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
3 Z  r) M6 r* @, Q0 ~8 v　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
- G7 v  a7 r- X: @7 n1 o1 j　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
. D, h, i% G1 S! _+ Z- p  m! G　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
" q. C/ V  `" v4 e7 q) U7 U　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
6 v1 u# u1 A1 Z) J: \7 n　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
2 z! t/ x7 ^& Z. Y, ~　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；

　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
