　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:
4 f7 q8 s% M; |9 Y1 t　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
, T4 @3 s+ y; N. j2 j+ A　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
& {! t0 w: s" m. f- [: D' q% A　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
% g  j" u3 J' m. B; A　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
1 e. d) @1 o) ?0 o4 p' _0 }　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
1 v8 _" [/ I" M　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
$ i% y9 u! B. D　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
2 P7 V( w: A* D4 W) A  E2 J# D　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
0 N7 b& ], z5 ?9 {　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
　　- 有责任心和事业心，热爱农村儿童发展工作。
