职位描述：
　　MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
　　Reporting to the China Program Manager, the Program Assistant shall assist to administer the full range of the Foundation's grant making, shall provide staff support to Foundation team as required, and shall perform such other functions as the Foundation may direct.

　　SCOPE OF SERVICE:
　　a)Assist China Program Manager in networking, formulating annual business plan and identifying programs that may promote the mission of the Foundation;
  X* ^' p8 x& w, K3 k2 a' P3 S) [　　b)Follow all the programs process and keep in touch with China donees;
8 b: L% e* ]( }4 Q: N8 X, ]4 @0 y　　c)Assist Executive Director and Program Manager in coordinating special projects and social events in China;
　　d)Compile and draft program reports and research statistics, newsletters, plans;
" V  s6 J) _" s6 s: F1 i　　e)Provide administrative support to the Advisory Board Members in China and Executive Director during business trips;
! F+ P6 H: s+ N0 y, C+ U' p: t　　f)Serve as interpreter for Advisory Committee Members;
　　g)Assist in translating documents between Chinese and English;
& x' x. Q6 O0 }6 X" N' N% m$ g7 G　　h)Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Program Manager.

& o1 Y* g. X8 a" E  U9 Y9 Y) G　　Energetic and independent worker, possessing a good level of judgment and organization, a sound knowledge of grants review, and an ability to work with a wide range of constituencies especially family foundation members.
　　Requirements include:
6 D- A$ @( i( U2 S* }　　Degree holder preferably in the social services field or equivalent;
　　Good research and writing skills;
5 ]  Z, r3 Z6 Z3 e* M# Q9 g7 p2 G　　Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in managerial position;
0 E- ~; N! T$ `0 v* o1 T　　Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
' L4 u7 _  C+ c  }7 C7 x　　Logical thinking and basic public speaking skills;
" z- @- D% L: _2 @- S　　Sound computer skills on word, excel, powerpoint and publisher etc；
4 S5 T, ^6 T4 |: v% Y, I3 a- h7 u! |! I　　Stationed in Beijing or Shanghai

　　Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups;
　　Strong work ethic and capacity to complete assignments in a timely, organized and efficient manner;
