　救助儿童会1919年始创于英国，是世界上最大的儿童慈善组织之一，目前在120多个国家开展工作。

　　救助儿童会关注所有儿童，尤其是弱势儿童，如贫困家庭的儿童、残障儿童、流浪儿童、被拐卖的儿童、触法儿童、流动儿童、留守儿童、失学儿童、受艾滋病影响的儿童等。救助儿童会的工作领域包括教育、健康、儿童保护和紧急救灾。

　　救助儿童会坚持非政府、非政治、非宗教及非营利的机构准则。在中国，救助儿童会与社区、公民社会组织以及企业紧密合作，通过直接实施项目、开展培训、研究、宣传和倡导等多种方式，改善和提高儿童在各方面的状况。每年大约有40万名中国儿童直接从救助儿童会的项目中受益，还有一定数量的儿童和成年人间接从项目中受益。

　　To implement and where required manage XB anti trafficking projects and support the cross border project team in implementation of the Protection Thematic Programme Plan

工作地点：昆明
　　To implement relevant project, contributing to design, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation and the production of high quality internal and external reports
　　To prepare budgets for the project activities to the line manager regularly, to authorise limited expenditure in line with the project budget and agree on the most effective management of the budget to achieve the project goals

　　To provide inputs into project proposals and reports in a timely manner.
　　To keep work plans up to date and monitor the progress of the project(s) through regular project site visits.
　　To contribute to the communications needs of the organisation, helping with reports and case studies that will support fundraising or other needs

　　To support China Programme initiatives relating to the implementation and integration of such cross-cutting issues as child-rights programming, disability and HIV/AIDS.

+ z9 \) n+ _4 J　　To perform such other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time in order to ensure the smooth running of the team and the Save the Children China programme.
应聘条件：
　　A professional qualification at graduate level or equivalent in related subjects like law, social work, etc.
" d% X6 V, s' F  y/ S　　A minimum of three years work experience in related field, preferably in NGOs or social departments, or as a social worker
8 V0 J0 X# z1 Y+ b　　Strong communication skills, and analytical skills, preferably experience on working with media and with children and young people  
　　Good report writing skills
　　An energetic and proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and co-operatively within a team setting
　　A flexible approach to work with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
　　Able to carry out all appointed work in a non-political and non-discriminatory manner
! C8 z4 D8 `- Q( Z) P" J% Z　　Willing and be able to travel extensively and regularly to project sites and within China
　　Fluent in English and Mandarin both spoken and in written
　　An understanding of and commitment to, the aims of SC as an organisation working for social change and active in the promotion of the rights of the child.
