The role of the Program Consultantis to perform a wide variety of support to the following areas in terms of rural children development program, migrant youth inclusion and development program, early childhood care and development program for migrant children, and children affected by HIV/AIDs development program:

II. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

-            In conjunction with program manager to develop program framework, program annual and three-year plan

He/she will take part in all phases of the project management process (implementation, monitoring and evaluation).
