【摘要】 抑郁症是产后妇女的一个高发病,它严重威胁了产妇及其家人的身心健康。在本文中,基于患者、家人和医生的访谈资料,我们考察了产后抑郁症的负面影响、产后抑郁症患者的社会支持现状及其局限性,并在此基础上结合布朗芬布伦纳的人类生态学理论,建构了一个由患者、家庭、亲戚朋友、工作单位和医院、社区、社会文化氛围六个层次组成的社会支持系统。
